TEXT MINGLE #1: CYBERCHARM 💞

One way or another, if you find yourself opening your aXess Link device, you may notice a curious pre-installed application. It's called CyberCharm! Otherworlders skeptical or curious alike, and feel compelled to investigate this program, will notice that the interface's AI has been hit with a glitch, causing users to discover a pre-generated dating profile has already been filled out for them. If any users wish to change or delete their profile, they must do so before anyone else responds, otherwise they could be saddled with an embarrassing pre-generated profile! Once responded to, users are locked out of changing it for the next month! So please make certain you are satisfied with your profile before it's too late!

'Tis truly a shame. [He agrees.] There is an entertainment district here, if you were interested in an adventure with me one day.

[His tail flicks behind him as he grins down at Azem, expression the epitome of :3c]

I would be delighted for an adventure in the entertainment district with you.

[ They grin back up at him, practically mimicking his expression. However, a split second later they take the moment to buck their hips up and try to throw him off. ]

[He's not that surprised, but since this has very clearly devolved into something that's very definitely not serious sparring, Rhea'li lets himself lose his balance and hit the ground with a muffled oof.]

[starshepard]

[ The mood is gone after that little bit of conversation.

Azem wiggles out from under the now prone Rhea'li and settles themself in a seated position next to him. ]

How much of the city have you explored?

[lightduties]

[Oops. Sorry Azem. Rhea'li rolls over so he's on his back and stays lying on the grass, looking up at the unfamiliar sky.]

Not enough of it, I'm afraid.

[There are still areas he doesn't really have access to, but even the parts he does are quite vast.]

'Tis strange. There is much still to explore of this city, but I find myself wishing for the wilds.

[His gaze flicks to Azem.]

Do you feel the same?

[starshepard]

[ As he speaks, Azem feels what he says in their bones. That desire to see beyond the city walls grows stronger within them. ]

Aye. As intriguing as this city is I ache to see the lands that lie beyond.

[lightduties]

Is that so?

[His tails flicks.]

An explorer, then?

[He knows the answer isn't that, but perhaps a little subterfuge has rubbed off on him from his friends. He hopes Azem will elaborate further.]

[starshepard]

[ Azem's happy to elaborate further. Or at least, give the most simplified answer they can. ]

Of sorts, yes. 'Tis my job, you could say. I travel the star, making new discoveries and helping those in need. However, even if wasn't my job I would still happily travel.

[ They smile proudly. ]

[lightduties]

[Rhea'li can't help but smile in return.]

Were there others with a job like yours? Any travelling companions?

[starshepard]

With my exact job, yes, there were others before me. My mentor was one such person. [ They grin, thinking about their time spent with Venat before arriving here. They can only think about how much she'd love exploring this place. ]

Sometimes others traveled with me, though they often had their own interest or work that prevented them from joining me. However, [ they lean in with a conspiratorial grin and lower their voice as if there are others around to overhear, ] I have a spell to bring others to my side if I so desire.

[lightduties]

[Rhea'li leans closer when Azem leans in and grins when they reveal their little 'secret'. He knows the exact spell; he has it housed in the very crystal he's kept safe in a pouch.]

How convenient! If they were carrying food and drinks before you used your spell, you could have a rather pleasant party at a newly discovered vista with ease.

[starshepard]

'Tis convenient indeed. [ They lean back with a smile. ]

However, that does require a degree of coordination to ensure they're ready with everything.

[lightduties]

[Rhea'li holds up his aXcess link device.]

With these, coordination would be a breeze.

[A grin.]

I'm certain it would not be so difficult to have people agree to it. They need not carry dishes so long a distance and food would be piping hot.

[starshepard]

[ Azem looks at their own. ]

True! This would make it easier. However, I need to regain that spell first.

[ They don't know when that will happen, however. ]

[lightduties]

[He'd felt a little of his power return over the days, so mayhap the spell would return to Azem in time, too. Though... why does he have a sneaking suspicion Azem would inform them that they have it back with an unannounced demonstration...? (Mayhap it has something to do with Emet-Selch telling him Azem would summon him while he was bathing for "emergencies"...)]

So, 'tis a promise then? When your spell returns to you, we shall have a party at a local vista you have discovered?

[Rhea'li grins, tail twitching in mild mischief.]

[starshepard]

[ Because Azem would absolutely inform everyone they have that spell back by summoning people to their side. It'd be too funny not to do it that way. ]

Aye, when I get that magic back I we will go somewhere nice.

[ Azem can't help but watch as Rhea'li's tail twitches and think how cute it is. ]

I will need to do some further exploration first.
