slides in -- also, refreshments, natch!

[ Ereshkigal ruled the realm of the dead in ancient Mesopotamia, but for Nitocris, what she expected and sought was what she dearly hoped to be her beloved brothers' location: the "eternal paradise." Fundamentally, these might both be afterlives, but they might literally be as different as the night and the day.

still, Nitocris was a Pharaoh, the incarnation of a deity in the world. she had a certain kind of pride, just like Ereshkigal. but just like her dear comrade from another pantheon, she also had... a modicum of shyness. inhibitions. she could be commanding, and speak in the name of her Authorities, but then she might just as easily hide her face beneath the medjed.

and what was this world, really? it couldn't be that this was "the eternal paradise," could it? but that's almost how that girl was talking about it. this was not a Grail War, and Nitocris did not even think she was a Servant, per se. at least, she did not think she had those abilities. so what was this place, anyway? a summoning... but not their kind of summoning?

... but she is glad to see Ereshkigal here. they share the same Master and have other affinities! and Nitocris, too, had the Clari-tea with the full chaser: confidence juice. Or something. normally, she's the sober one among the Pharaohs of Chaldea, the "mother" figure to the almighty Ozymandias and the proud King of Conquerors. she was the responsible one. yet here and now, her face is quite red. oh, nooo, this was deeply irresponsible, wasn't it. yet, for once, she does not seem to mind much, though she might soon be quite embarrassed as well... ]

Oi... Ereshkigal! You seem to be enjoying yourself!

[ fancy seeing u here, tho. ]
