[Libra will attend the Welcoming Party, but will probably stick out like a sore thumb in his typical War Monk attire. [After getting adjusted to his new room, Libra will step out to go explore the city, sticking to the all-ages fare for the moment. There are so many things he hasn't seen before in this city, as Ylisse was more magic based instead of technology... Man isn't used to computers or any type of technology he's presented with.
He'll stop and try some of this 'coffee' drink (tell him your favorite drink so he can try it later!), and also stop into the arcade to watch people playing the games, as he has no idea what they are or how to play... unless someone wants to teach him the basics. Anyone walking by can hear him say something as he walks.]
