Gilgamesh would suppose that their abilities had been altered somehow by the technology of this world, but as there was this emphasis on twin spheres, the more ancient alternative was also possible: perhaps these figures were gods, or beings who acted as the avatars thereof. Gilgamesh had researched gods on the device they were given, this virtual pocket dictionary/bank account/phone/whatever, and this was something which was no secret in Magisteria: ancient gods existed, or at least it was held that they did. There were shrines in the north, in areas which their group could not yet access.
This predisposed him to a negative perception. Yes, he was born in the era of the gods. Gilgamesh was even a literal child of a deity! But he had also, you know, put an end to said era. What was it doing here in the distant future? Different gods? Well, they might be every bit as problematic, for all he knew. But that man in the hologram, and the girl -- both had appeared more or less human, though the latter had some cybernetic parts.
... anyway, when the train stops, the doors slide open when Gilgamesh pushes the button, and both Servants are able to depart without any sort of controversy.
