Sakura does not seem bothered at all by this display. It was Magisteria, after all, where glittery magic was common and, if anything, a part of everyday life, so really, no one ought to be judgmental. But she's on the train today because she is part of the welcoming committee who has been handing out drinks and pastries to the newcomers, and it certainly seems this one appreciated that hexberry Danish.
