It's trained, an effect of the secrecy around her upbringing and the Grail War, and now she was still intermittently questioning what she should actually reveal and to whom. This man... was not asking about her name or what one might describe as a civilian identity. In asking who she was, he may as well have been asking what it was that made her special enough to be here, and that's assuming they were here as a result of being unique or special in some way -- but, given everything Sakura had seen, that seemed like a pretty safe bet.
"My world is one of those with magic, and ... you could say I'm a user."
And she would prefer to leave it somewhat more vague like that. After all, was a fellow Otherworlder automatically trustworthy? Sure, this guy kind of gave Hero Dude vibes (again, idkmybff), but Sakura had been through A Lot.
