Kaito listens to the introduction. Well, half-listens. He's too busy staring at this futuristic city and its neon sensibilities to really pay attention to a whole lot of words. If you're there with him, perhaps his restless fidgeting (where are his cards when he needs them?) may start to get on your nerves.

Thankfully they're released to explore the city properly and Kaito practically bounces out of the room/building. Shading his eyes against the artificial lights, he lets out a low whistle.

"Wow, this definitely isn't Tokyo. It's not even Japan."

As someone who soars through the skies on a hang glider, it's only natural that Kaito would gravitate towards the nearest available flying vehicle. His eyes gleam when he finds the hoverboards and the aerocycles and examines them from every angle possible - ignoring the warnings to 'be careful' from the caretaker.

"This is incredible! How does it stay up? Is it really from that bios stuff?"

Regardless of the answer, eventually Kaito takes one for a spin himself. The aerocycle first, since its form is most familiar to him - and he picks it up very quickly, soon running distressingly fast laps around the course. His excited whooping can be heard from a fair distance.

"Wooo!"
